Or perhaps you feel like hosting a party ‘just because‘ for all of your friends and loved ones – We can cater for any party, of any size, and provide an elite level of service for all of your guests. Planning your

Party

Depending on your party size and format, we have so many options for you choose from. Our beautiful gardens and rustic old barns can be used in all different ways to suit your needs!

We can help you throughout the planning process to ensure your party goes as smoothly and as perfectly as possible. Our extremely talented head chef and or onsite baker can make you a beautifully tailored and personal cake.

The Perfect Venue for your Special Event

Jinney Ring often plays hosts to private parties or events, and we enjoy doing it. We are happy to work with you to organise the type of evening and menu that you want, whether this is served to your table or buffet/counter style. We can also run barbecues/pig roasts outside in the gardens.

The restaurant building is very flexible and there are many different ways that it can be laid out for your event. For example the conservatory/garden room is ideal for a dance floor and also a reception area. The gardens can also be used in summertime.

In all instances our staff will provide high quality catering and bar services for functions. You can be sure to have an excellent meal with great service.

Our site is licensed to provide full bar, and a variety of music/dancing and entertainment options are available – with our contacts we can help you find what you need or work with your own choice.

The Barn

Restaurant

Our rustic barn building does not need much decorating to make it a really beautiful setting for a special occasion. It is quirky with its bays and beams, it has plenty of character!

In the evenings for private parties we can accommodate a minimum of 35 guests for a bespoke fine dining menu; or a minimum of 50 guests for a hot or cold buffet menu. We can cater for up to 100 sit down guests or 120 buffet guests within our main restaurant area.

Private Room and Conservatory

During the daytime we have a small function room which can be used for private dining for 20-24 people. The room has a view out onto the garden where you can mingle, perhaps with welcome drinks and canapes.

Again during the daytime, for 25 -40 guests our restaurant Conservatory can give you a great space for your special event. The Conservatory area is light and airy with lovely views of the ponds and the gardens. To give you privacy, we drop the blinds to the main restaurant area and you have your own access to the gardens.

Hen & Stag

Parties

If your friend or relative is engaged and getting ready to be married, why not throw a hen or stag night for them at the Jinney Ring?

We have a range of potential options for that last day of single-life, from canapés out of our wide-range of catering options, to stately afternoon teas or an intimate dinner with friends and family. The Prosecco and beer goes without saying!

Depending on the size of your party, we could host you in our small function room, easily customised into something to suit the bride or groom-to-be’s tastes , or we could go grander in our Barn restaurant or conservatory.

The Jinney Ring also offers unique opportunities for hen and stag party activities.

Try out a pottery session at The Pottery Workshop, creating lasting memories from your night out before retiring for drinks and a meal later in the evening. It’s an hour and a half session for groups larger than four, prices on enquiry.

Christenings and Baby Showers

An expectant friend or relative is a reason for celebration! Join us at the Jinney Ring where we can make sure it is a celebration worth remembering, and the mother-to be is made to feel as special and pampered as she should be.

Already had that magical day? Then we also make the perfect venue to host the Christening party, celebrating not only a new life, but a new member of the family.

We have a variety of options depending on your numbers and preferences including simple buffets, BBQ’s and Traditional Afternoon Teas, a wonderful event to capture that exciting, auspicious occasion.

Marquee

Options

If you’d like to take your party outdoors, we have a simple garden marquee option which can be used in different areas of the gardens to give privacy in the Centre. The marquee can be used in various formats and can be carpeted and decorated to suit your occasions. Heating and carpeted flooring can also be arranged.

A garden marquee would be suitable for parties of 40 or more guests, and can seat up to 100 guests with a variety of layouts.
