Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers...

Q: Are you wheelchair accessible?

A: The short answer is yes, most of the site is accessible for those in wheelchairs/mobility scooters. The majority of The Jinney Ring is on ground level. The restaurant, craft units and gift shop are accessible via the ramp-corridor which straddles the barn buildings. The ramp-corridor however, is fairly narrow and entry to certain craft units could be difficult. If needed, please ask for assistance. The gift shop does have a second floor which hosts Galantique, our resident antique dealer and various works from artists/creators which is only accessible via stairs. The garden is accessible through the arch-tunnel which can be reached by coming down to this platform via the aforementioned ramp. The gardens are blessed with generally-flat pathways which circle the ponds but please be aware that descending into the gardens via the paths can be a bit ‘slopey’ – so take care.
