We currently have one unit coming up for rental (roughly 4m * 3m).

Criteria for Running a 

Craft Unit

Type of business

  • Your business activity can be of a non-craft nature but we would give preference to crafts.

  • You may work hours to suit your business activity but if you are customer oriented you may wish to try to operate at least Thursday – Saturday inclusive in line with the Café

  • You can work into the evenings if needed but you cannot operate noisy equipment at this time (as we have residential flats on site).

  • You cannot produce or sell items that conflict with a unit already onsite.

The workshop

  • It has electricity and running water.
  • High-speed internet access. 

Costs

  • Rent is £300-£500 per month (depending on size and location of unit).
