Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order and despatch it to you.
We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any physical item until it has been packed ready for dispatch. We will take payment for courses upon issue of invoice or reciept for the booking. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to check the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule: For physical purchases of goods we will deliver your order as soon as practically possible, normally within 5 business days . For Courses we will deliver on the date specified in the Catalogue.
Tax Charges All of our prices include VAT.
Credit Card Security We use Paypal to process payments on our behalf. All processing takes place on Paypal's secure server, your credit/debit card detail are not passed to us, all processing of you credit/debit card remains within Paypal's secure environemt. If you are using Internet Explorer you will see the gold padlock at the bottom right of your browser screen assuring you that the site is secure - all card details are encrypted. Please note that it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay by credit/debit card.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee.
If the item is returned to us due to no fault of our own we retain the right to charge post and packaging.
If you are buying a service such as a Course we give no guarantee expect that the course will adhere to the description on the brochure.

The Jinney Ring Craft Centre Limited does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
