The above room is annexed to the restaurant and is avaible for meetings, exhibitions (as above), private parties or courses.

 

The room will seat about 20 people in a class room style and has the following facilities:

 

Hot and cold running water

3 Dry white boards

1 Flip Chart

1 Overhead slide projector screen (Not projector).

Internet access via WiFi.

 

The room may be set up to suit the occasion i.e smartly to suit a business meeting or functionally to suit a craft course etc.

The room may also be used for small parties or dinners in conjunction with the restaurant.  For a sit down meal it will seat around 25 people.

 

The hire cost is £62.50/day or £42/half day.  Discounts are available for multiples booked over 10 per year.

 

Additional facilities are available on request from the restaurant such as tea/coffee or lunch in the room.  We aim to accomodate most reasonable requests - attached is the additional services menu and some buffet menus or tea time menus that can be served in the room, these are not exhaustive so please ask if you would like anything different.

 

Are you arranging a corporate event?  If so ask us about other team building activities that can be worked into your schedule at the Jinney Ring - we can arrange craft activities, outside team building activities and we also can arrange a special dinner for you at the end of the day!
